She is known for her work focusing on social justice, media representation, and the empowerment of women and girls. Rossini's acclaimed documentary, The Illusionists, delves into the globalization of beauty ideals. Notably, she is the founder of No Country for Young Women, a multimedia platform dedicated to providing positive role models for young girls through a wide range of interviews. Additionally, Rossini co-created Gender Gap Grader, an innovative platform that assists companies in measuring the gender gap. Recognized for her contributions, Rossini is a laureate of the prestigious Young Leaders Program by the Council for the United States and Italy.
