Elena Kapustina

Elena Kapustina, MBA, PsyD is the Founder and CEO of Iris Healing Retreat, a luxury rehabilitation center located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area.23 She established Iris Healing Retreat in December 2016 and has since expanded it to include multiple facilities.13

Dr. Kapustina has a diverse educational background, holding a BA in Linguistics and International Business from the Russian University of Humanities, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from California State University Los Angeles, and a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.3

Her professional experience includes:

1. Founding three facilities in three years: Iris Healing® Retreat, Iris Healing® Center, and Iris TMS Wellness.1
2. Previously working as Director of Finance at IDG - Innovative Dining Group from 2005 to 2011.3
3. Serving as a Project Manager in Marketing and Finance at Newegg.com from 2003 to 2005.3

Dr. Kapustina has been recognized for her entrepreneurial and community service efforts. In August 2024, she received the "Phenomenal Woman Award" from The Dr. Bryant Foundation for her work in addiction and mental health treatment.1
