Elena Cebollero Fraile is a seasoned C-suite finance professional, investor, and Non-Executive Director with a strong track record of driving transformative changes and creating value in industrial sectors across developed and emerging markets.

With a specialized focus on the TMT/digital sector, Elena excels in supporting shareholder agendas in both public (IPO) and private markets, leveraging her extensive international experience gained from top-tier institutions like UBS Investment Bank, BNP Paribas, and Atento (#1 LatAm BPO, Bain Capital backed NYSE listed).

Currently, Elena holds the role of Managing Partner at Basil Capital family office, leading investments in digital/technology sectors through funds like Basil Capital SICAV and Basil Capital Ventures, which focus on early and late-stage investments in SaaS and Fintech verticals. She also actively serves as a board member at various companies.

Elena's educational background includes a B.A. in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from CUNEF.
