Elena Bridgers is a feminist and a dedicated mother of two, who transitioned from a career in tech product management to become an ethical fashion entrepreneur, showcasing her versatility and passion for innovation.

Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology from Stanford University, a Master of Science in Strategic Management from HEC Paris, and also attended The Lawrenceville School for her education, showcasing her commitment to academic excellence and diverse learning experiences.

Elena is the Founder and CEO of Hera Los Angeles, a prominent ethical fashion brand, highlighting her leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Prior to her current role, she held key positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, including Product Manager for Data Services Cloud Console and Manager for Corporate Strategy, demonstrating her expertise in technology and strategic planning.

Before her tenure at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Elena gained valuable experience in digital strategy as a Senior Consultant at eleven - strategy consultants and as an Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, showcasing her proficiency in consultancy and business strategy.

Elena also delved into the world of microfinance as a Product Manager at Djantoli (former Pesinet) and conducted research at BASIX, displaying her diverse interests in social impact and financial inclusion.
