Elena Bondarenko, an accomplished program director, has an impressive educational background and a wealth of experience in managing programmes across various organizations. She studied and received her Specialist degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI).

Currently, Bondarenko serves as the Program Director at The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). Before that, she was the Programme Manager at Startup Academy SKOLKOVO at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO where she managed startup programmes. Bondarenko also worked as Account Manager for International Students at MESI and Account Manager for External Studies at EURASIAN OPEN INSTITUTE in the past.

These experiences provided her with valuable expertise in program management, startup development, marketing and communication, project management and account management.
