Building a strategic recruiting function and HR processes within the USA, Russia, and Armenia that delivers a game-changing experience, saving more than $0.7M in agencies and Executive Search.

- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for all requisitions from the mass hiring to C-Level
- Managing the talent acquisition team by monitoring the workload and performance of the team by ensuring the entire recruiting process meets agreed-upon metrics of time, cost, and quality.
- Analyzing turnover reports and forecasts hiring needs based on previous trends. Monitoring and communicating the return on investment of the recruitment process.

Was hired: 246 employees (205 non-exempt, 41 exempt)
Job Offer Acceptance Rate was increased from 33.3% to 87.5%
Time to Fill for exempt employees was decreased from 60 to 27 days
