Eleazar Adjehoun

Eleazar Adjehoun is a visionary bridge builder with a background in psychology, education, restorative justice, and peace & conflict studies, on a mission to disrupt the school to prison pipeline and close the achievement gap in New York City. Through his commitment to providing access and professional opportunities to marginalized youth populations, he seeks to cultivate sustainable partnerships with like-minded individuals dedicated to mentorship and holistic youth development.

Educated in psychology at DePauw University and with additional studies at Adelphi University, Eleazar brings a unique perspective and a self-starting, charismatic approach to his work. With experience in various roles such as Partnership Development & Internship Liaison at exalt, Program Coordinator, and Adjunct Experiential Education Facilitator, Eleazar has demonstrated a passion for empowering youth and building strong community relationships. His background as a former Presidential Ambassador, Bonner Scholar, Posse Scholar, and Outdoor Instructor further showcases his commitment to service and leadership.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Eleazar, a native New Yorker, enjoys the role of office DJ, seeks adrenaline-inducing experiences, and has a love for spicy food. His diverse interests and experiences make him a well-rounded individual dedicated to making a positive impact on the youth and communities of New York City.
