Eleanor Vajzovic

Eleanor Vajzovic is a dedicated professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in the field of organizational leadership and psychology.

Eleanor holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from the prestigious Imd Business School and has also pursued Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida.

She further enhanced her knowledge by studying Psychology at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and continued her education at the University of South Florida.

With a proven track record of leadership roles, Eleanor currently serves as the Head of Strategic Solutions at Paradox, where she excels in driving strategic initiatives and solutions.

Prior to her current position, Eleanor held key leadership positions at renowned organizations such as The Adecco Group, Pontoon Solutions, Ignite by Adecco, Beeline, Modis, and The CSI Companies.

Her previous roles include Head of AGX - Americas, Head of Adecco Group X - US, Vice President Global Solutions, Director of Operations, Technical Project Manager, Senior Account Manager, Resource Development Manager, and Senior Recruiter. Each role adding to her diverse skill set and expertise in the industry.
