Ekaterina Bulycheva

Ekaterina Bulycheva is a highly accomplished individual with an impressive academic and professional background. She has a degree in Physical Sciences and Math from 1030 in Zelenograd, as well as completed the Rector's school in Higher Education Administration from the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. She has also studied at the National Research University Higher School of Economics.

Bulycheva has held several important positions in her career. She was formerly the Project Leader for Sberbank's IT-platform for Personalised Education, the Head of the Strategy and Project Department at the Center for Strategic Research, the Deputy Director of the Center for Innovation Development of Moscow, and the Deputy Managing Director of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia. Additionally, Bulycheva was the Project Leader for INO-Tomsk2020 at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
