EJ Flynn is a seasoned professional passionate about enterprise and scaling businesses. He has a strong background in running teams and scaling tech platforms across Europe. With 7 years of experience as the Managing Director of The Supper Club, a membership club for scale-up founders and CEOs, EJ organized over 250 events annually, fostering peer insight for entrepreneurs to scale faster.

EJ Flynn is a dedicated individual who values supporting fast-growth business owners and their teams. He has a knack for bringing inspiring minds together and has a keen interest in leveraging technology for good. Currently, EJ is part of the founding team at Workfinder, a startup focused on creating new pathways for business growth while providing young people from all backgrounds access to incredible opportunities.

In terms of education, EJ Flynn studied at Cheltenham Ladies' College before pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Geography with a 2:1 degree from the University of Nottingham. He further honed his skills by completing the Strategy Essentials program at Henley Business School.
