Eitan Bengad

Eitan Bengad is a highly experienced individual who co-founded Trango Systems with the goal of enhancing combat soldier and operative training for urban warfare.

With a wealth of knowledge accumulated over more than five decades of commanding elite Israel Defense Forces combat units, Eitan and his team at Trango Systems have developed innovative solutions for target shooting and urban combat training.

Their solutions include shooting targets of various shapes and sizes, infrastructure for combat training in built-up areas like structures, houses, streets, shelters, and tunnels, as well as true-to-life training accessories such as furniture to simulate real-life environments more accurately.

Eitan Bengad has extensive experience in managing large teams, improving organizational processes, crisis management, and decision-making.

His skills include budgeting, work program development, resource management, goal setting, project preparation, and overall operational and professional leadership.

He excels in implementing work procedures, strategic planning for long- and short-term goals, and optimizing results.

Additionally, Eitan has a strong background in recruitment, staff training and development, team building, and effectively communicating organizational objectives to external stakeholders.

He is known for his exceptional interpersonal and operational communication abilities, strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, initiative, determination, and visionary leadership approach.

Eitan Bengad pursued his education with a Bachelor's degree in Military History from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ono Academic College, and another Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Currently, Eitan serves as the Co-Founder & CEO of Trango Systems and has previously held key positions in the Israel Defense Forces as the Commander of the marksmanship branch and as a Battalion Commander.
