Eileen Hoffman is a seasoned senior economic development specialist with over 20 years of experience in designing and managing projects across 30 countries with various renowned organizations including USAID, DFID, the European Commission, private sector firms, and foundations.

With a strong educational background, Eileen studied International Business and International MBA at Darla Moore School of Business and International Relations & Business at the University of San Diego.

Throughout her career, she held key positions such as Director of Economic Growth and Trade Practice at Chemonics International, Senior Technical Specialist in Economic Development at Global Communities, and various roles at CHF International spanning from Acting Deputy Chief of Party to Private Sector Development Technical Advisor, among others.
