Egor Cusmaunsa is a certified Large-Scaled Scrum (LeSS) & Professional Scrum Master (PSM) & Management 3.0 (M3.0) Agile Coach and Scrum Trainer with a wealth of experience spanning over 5 years in various industries like financial, telecommunication, gaming, and gambling.

Egor has a strong background in facilitating and coaching development teams, both locally and remotely, and has played a crucial role in leading Agile projects and guiding organizations through Agile and Scrum transformations.

With a focus on training and coaching, Egor has conducted numerous Corporate & Public Training sessions on Scrum Injection, Management 3.0, and Coaching for Team Leaders, helping teams adopt Scrum practices and become self-organizing and cross-functional.

His educational background includes a Master's degree in Economics from Kyiv School of Economics, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics from the University of Houston, and studies in Informational Management and Cybernetics from Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova.

He has also worked as a Scrum Master at Code Factory Group, Agile Transformation Consultant at Orange, Freelance Project Manager at iScholaro, Intern in Audit and Assurance at PwC, QA Engineer at Allied Testing, and in various IT roles.
