Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Responsibilities:
Israel software hiring account manager and part of the EMEA recruiting leadership team. During my 11 months at Meta, I Built, trained, and coached Tel Aviv/ London/Dublin & Amsterdam twenty full-time employees (a team lead, recruiter, and sorcerers teams) to hire the right software talent for Meta locally and globally to hit business hiring demands consistently. 

Accomplishments:
Early reading of the business signals for shifting the hiring priorities and push to kick off the Transformation of TLV's newly established team from local to global recruiting. Aside from meeting new hiring needs, this transformation impacts the team's chances for internal career mobility, employability, and job security. 
I Coached new managers to successfully onboard and build high-performing teams in times of chaos and long periods of hiring freeze. Consistency achieved one of the highest people management scores among my peers in the company surveys. 
I Coached and mentored senior employees to transition from tactical to strategic recruiting, acting as talent business partners leading successful strategic projects and improving overall hiring metrics and manager satisfaction.

Global Recruiting Manager & Account Manager  

Responsibilities:
Act as an account manager for ~5000 employees in 6 different business units and part of the Israel recruiting & HR leadership team.I worked with the BUs senior leaders and advised on relevant recruiting strategies for their BUs. I also directly managed twenty full-time student employees ( 3 team leaders, recruiters, and sourcers) to hire the proper hardware and software talent for intel to hit business hiring demands consistently (interns to Excutiuve levels) In addition, the team & I also supported other HR business needs such as the layoff process, employee relations & experience, diversity, C&B, and different data initiatives. 

Accomplishments:
Meeting all my client's hiring needs of dozens of full-time and hundreds of student hires annually.
With a significate GMPA background, I acted as a cultural change agent. I successfully supported the recruiting leadership team's journey to adapt to the new company values by sharing new perspectives on recruiting practices, leadership, targets, data, and people management. 
Initiated, built, and led the intel Israel recruiters' peer learning Community. After a year, a senior recruiter in my team took the lead role for the community. For example, as part of the community, Inviting recruiters and recruiting managers outside Intel as guest speakers for the first time. 
As the lead for learning strategy, I pushed managers and ICs to participate and present in an external recruiting conference for the first time.

Talent Acquisition Manager & Account Manager

Responsibilities:
As part of the site executive leadership, I built and trained the TA team from scratch to support the growth of the Israel R&D site. In addition, acted as HRBP for the DS group. 

Accomplishments:
Built from scratch Data Science group with up to 50 employees, including successful "aqua hire" in two years. 
Led successful key executive hires.
Co-founded with the DS VP and site COO Data Science female talent community with an annual conference that still runs to this day and results 
Built and scaled the site campus hiring.

Intuit

Israel Talent Acquisition Manager & HRBP 

Responsibilities:
Global, regional, and local large CS diversity recruiting programs and projects aiming to increase CS diversity talent in the global workforce and Google. 

Accomplishments:
Tripled the number of female hires for Google by managing global Programs focusing on Women in Tech, mainly The Anita Borg scholarships and Alumni programs.
A highly positive impact on the Israel R&D site brand and diverse hiring through managing Israel universities' partnerships and research projects.

Google

Global Talent Acquisition Program & Community Manager

Google Israel's first tech sourcer and first sourcer in the Israel market. Her impact was critical for the fast growth of the Israel R&D site.
Efrat was the most productive and successful sourcing among her peers in the 2010 EMEA sourcing pilot, with over 20 hires per quarter.
-Efrat implemented in-house innovative sourcing methods such FB sourcing and sourcing referral programs and recruiting buddy programs for candidates with referrals.
