TM Capital Corp's Brad Adams is an expert in the field of M&A transactions, capital raising and general advisory services for technology companies. With over 20 years in the industry, Adams has extensive experience in the technology and technology-enabled services sectors. Adams earned his MBA from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management and his BA in economics from Bates College. He has held prior positions as Co-Founder and Managing Director at Boston Corporate Finance, Vice President at KPMG Corporate Finance, and Director of Business Development at NewMediary, Inc. As TM Capital's Chief Operating Officer, he oversees all administrative functions of the company. In addition, Adams leads the TMT Group of Oaklins' (formerly M&A International) and is a former member of M&A International's Executive Committee. Adams previously chaired the Fall Technology Conference for the Association for Corporate Growth, where he served on both the Boston and Global Board of Directors.
