Jim Faught is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement, environmental sustainability, and collaborative planning processes.

With over 25 years in senior roles in the provincial public service, Jim has been instrumental in advancing environmental and ecological sustainability through policy, legislation, and planning integration.

Having served as the Executive Director of Ontario Nature and in various key positions within the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, Jim has made significant contributions to the development of pivotal environmental initiatives in Ontario.

Jim's current role as Director of Community Engagement at Lura Consulting enables him to apply his expertise in strategic environmental community planning with a diverse range of clients in the public, private, and first nation sectors.

He excels in facilitating neutral discussions and implementing comprehensive community engagement processes that lead to award-winning community change projects.
