Efe Yaman is a seasoned Agile Delivery Coach, Agile Scrum Master, and Analyst with vast experience in helping organizations adopt agile methodologies to become more effective, efficient, and responsive to rapidly changing market demands. Passionate about leveraging Scrum, KANBAN, and lean methodologies, he has helped teams create inspiring visions, deliver quality products, and promote a transparent, safe, and energetic environment where individuals thrive.

Efe's educational background reflects his keen interest in finance, investments, and computing science. He holds a Grad Dip in Applied Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Bs in Science (Computing Science) from the University of Technology Sydney.

Over the years, Efe has held various leadership roles in different organizations, including Emirates, DBS Bank, UST Global, Invigor Group, and n11.com. He has also worked as an Agile Scrum Master, Agile Business Analyst, Test Analyst/Consultant, IBM Rational Consultant, and Lead Consultant at different companies, including BSkyB, Guardian News and Media, Colonial First State, Siemens ITS, Specsavers, TestPro, and Hewlett Packard Consulting.
