Chris Gorman is an accomplished Global Real Estate & Workplace Lead with a remarkable track record of building high-performing teams focused on driving operational and experiential excellence. Chris is a University of California San Diego alumnus, having studied there twice.
Chris's professional experience spans over several years, and he has held leadership positions with several organizations. He currently serves as the Head of Real Estate, Workplace, and Employee Experience at Cash App, a peer-to-peer mobile payment service. Before joining Cash App, Chris was the Global Real Estate & Workplace Lead at Square, where he led workplace planning, design, and construction for its offices globally. He also served as the Head of Office Experience, responsible for designing and delivering experiences for visitors and employees.
Chris's professional journey began as an Associate Store Director at Ralph Lauren - Factory Outlet Stores. He went on to serve in several management roles, including District Manager at Lucky Brand, Store Director at Martin + Osa and BANANA REPUBLIC. He also worked at Apple Retail, where he served as a Senior Manager. Before joining Apple, Chris worked at Coach, where he held the Deputy Manager and Associate Manager roles.
Chris's expertise lies in real estate management, workplace planning, design, and construction, as well as employee experience design. His interests include team building, leadership, innovation and how technology can improve people's lives.
