Kirk Schroeder brings over 20 years of executive IT experience in Unified Communication technology from companies such as Microsoft, British Telecom (BT), and Arthur Andersen. With a proven understanding of the needs of both large corporations and smaller companies, he has focused his expertise in developing and managing successful UC solutions with Microsoft Skype for Business.

Kirk's experience is uniquely combined with a deep focus on starting, growing, and managing UC software sales, consulting, and managed services in the last nine years. Prior to that, he spent the first half of his career growing Microsoft SQL and infrastructure sales with the tech giant.

His areas of focus include strategy, sales team management, and building strong partnerships within and external to the business. Kirk has a successful track record in establishing new external partnerships to deliver customized UC solutions for its customers.

Kirk studied BS in Management Information Systems at the University of Iowa. He is a Distinguished Graduate in both Leadership and Management Principles from the USAF Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy and the USAF Non-Commissioned Leadership Academy.
