Gemma Toner

Gemma Toner is the Founder & CEO of ChartOne Media, a SaaS platform and content company that houses TONE Networks, the first leadership platform for women offering short-form videos, coaching, and an online community.

With over two decades in the cable industry, Toner leveraged her experience to democratize learning for women by providing valuable resources through TONE Networks for personal and professional growth.

Prior to founding TONE, Toner held the position of SVP, Business Insights and Strategy at Cablevision Systems Corporation, spearheading big data initiatives and launching innovative products like Optimum Online, Optimum Wifi, and more.

Her career journey includes executive roles at AMC Networks and Ernst and Whinney, showcasing her expertise in new media development and advertising sales.

An advocate for women in the workplace, Toner has actively engaged with professional organizations, having chaired the Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing and served on boards like Women in Cable Television.

In addition to her corporate accomplishments, Toner is associated with humanitarian efforts, having served on the Board of Directors for Concern Worldwide and other notable organizations.

Her entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen also led to Toner securing two patents for set-top box data products, highlighting her innovative contributions to the industry.
