Andrew has extensive experience working in finance, sales, and customer success. He has served as a Principal and Vice President at Sorenson Capital Partners and held several roles in leadership, investing, and consulting. He has also worked as a Sales and Customer Success professional at InsideSales.com, where he contributed to the growth of the company's revenue and customer base. Andrew is passionate about creating and contributing to inclusive communities and building feedback-oriented cultures that challenge the status quo.

Andrew is also proud to have served as a Light Armored Reconnaissance Scout in the United States Marine Corps. As a Marine, he learned critical skills in teamwork, communication, and adaptability that have shaped his leadership style and approach.
