John Ciallelo is an accomplished educational leader with over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing programs for K-12 students. He holds a Master of Science in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the State University of New York College at Potsdam. He has also studied leadership at Trenton State College in Mallorca, Spain.

As the former Head of Secondary Division and Director of Educational Development at Avenues: The World School in Sao Paulo, Ciallelo demonstrated a collaborative leadership style that led to the success of the school programs. He has also worked as a K-12 Educational Consultant, Superintendent, and Teacher at various international schools, including the American School of Belgrade and Colegio Hispano-Norteamericano.

Ciallelo is skilled in Global Education, Facility Planning, Teacher Recruitment, Strategic Planning, Leadership and Team Development, Community Outreach, Organizational Effectiveness, Mentoring, and Continuous School Improvement Planning and Implementation. With his knowledge and familiarity with the International Baccalaureate program and the US School Accreditation Standards, he has been instrumental in developing and enhancing educational programs that promote 21st century skills.
