Svetlana Ivanova

Svetlana Ivanova is a corporate and fiduciary services expert with a knack for helping businesses from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) navigate the British Virgin Islands (BVI) and Cayman Islands’ legal and administrative environments. She is currently the head of Harneys’ CIS desk, where she provides support to clients from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and other CIS countries. Svetlana specializes in incorporating BVI and Cayman companies, as well as in managing their day-to-day activities. Her extensive experience in business development, company formation, and administration stems from her roles as Business Developer/Company Formation Agent at Coddan and Business Development Manager at Harney Westwood & Riegels. Svetlana graduated with a degree in Business Studies from Thames Valley University and a degree in Infotechnology and Biomedical Technology from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology. She also studied Spanish language at The Mary Ward Centre.
