With 38 chapters and over 5,000 dedicated volunteers, The Dream Factory is the second-largest children’s wish-granting organization in the United States, granting over 25,000 dreams since its inception – all while maintaining a grassroots approach. It is the only children’s wish-granting organization that does not limit its mission to children who have life-threatening illness, as The Dream Factory believes children with chronic illnesses and disorders also suffer from substantial emotional and physical pain. Because it does not employ people on a local level, 90% of all money raised by The Dream Factory is used to grant the dreams of critically and chronically ill children. The Rochester chapter of The Dream Factory was chartered in 1998 and has since granted almost 200 dreams. - Developed advertising and marketing collateral for a human resources consulting firm, including print advertisements, brochures, direct mail, e-mails and press releases•	Managed the company website and supervised its complete redesign in 2010•	Helped ghostwrite and proofread the President’s monthly Rochester Business Journal column•	Managed the company’s compliance training offering, including the proofreading and editing of all training materials, coordinating trainers and determining pricing•	Coordinated client appreciation events and trade show participation•	Administered and maintained the web-based sales database and email marketing lists•	Recorded and maintained the confidentiality of meeting minutes for the executive team •	Maintained relationships with vendors•	Managed all aspects of the company's move to a new facility•	Served as a point person for facilities and computer support for an office of 40 employees
