Klintworth has a wealth of experience, having held leadership positions in several organizations such as Unilever, Old Mutual Group, and the Shell Foundation. She is the Chair and Co-Founder of Savo Project Developers and previously, she served as the Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Shell Foundation, Chair of the Board at Globescan, and Special Advisor at Systemiq Ltd.
At Unilever, Klintworth held various positions, including Chief Strategy Officer, Executive Vice President Global Savoury, Chairman HPC, and National Manager in South Africa.
