Vivian Li, a food science and human nutrition graduate from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, has established her career as the Quality Assurance Lead at HPC FOODS, LTD. She holds extensive knowledge in the biochemical and microbiological aspects of food and nutrition. In her current role, she implements Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) plans to deliver quality products, free of harmful biological, chemical or physical hazards to popular fast food chains, local retail and food establishments. Previously, she worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at HPC FOODS, LTD., in addition to Clerk Receptionist at University Health Services, Peer Mentor and Protocol Team and Support at Hawaii Undergraduate Initiative at University of Hawaii at Manoa, and Job Shadow at YMCA of Honolulu.
