Thaddaeus Nichols

Thaddaeus Nichols is a dynamic leader with a passion for community development and growth. With a degree in Church History and Philosophy from Moody Bible Institute, he has honed his skills in strategic planning, team management, and fundraising program design and development. His exceptional skills in donor stewardship, coalition building, and marketing have earned him several leadership roles, including North America Director, Partner Programs at International Justice Mission, Director of Marketing & Church Engagement, and Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships at Resource Global. Through his work with TJN Strategies, GRIP Outreach For Youth, and The Cochlan Group, inc., Thaddaeus has proven his ability to vision-cast, create and implement effective campaigns, and achieve scalable growth.
