Carolin Achenbach-Bitton is a dynamic and multilingual professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding objectives. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Jewish/Judaic Studies and Art History, a Master of Arts in Modern Jewish History, and a Magister in Jewish/Judaic Studies and Art History. She also studied at Museology University of Tel Aviv.

With a background in customer care, Carolin is experienced in leading teams and exceeding customer expectations. She worked at Wix.com as a Global Product Support Group Manager, a Customer Care Team Lead for German and Russian teams, a Product Support Lead for customer experience, and audio. She also worked as a German Customer Solutions Specialist.
