Established programs, refined the technology stack, designed and optimized hiring processes to yield high-performing and high-potential talent. Grew the Recruiting S&O team while establishing and nurturing an environment of career growth.

Led the team overseeing Recruiting technology, enablement, and programs, which served a global organization of 700 full-time employees. Nurtured key hiring programs including ‘Bar Raiser’, referrals, and internal mobility. Partnered closely with People functions to design cohesive strategies rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion while cultivating a work environment where employees can thrive. Designed core hiring programs and processes, built proprietary software, and established a core technology stack to scale to 1K+ users.

Manager, Global Recruiting Experience

The founding member of the Recruiting Operations team. Directed recruiting enablement, technology, and analytics for a rapidly scaling global organization. Advanced core processes and programs across the People function to include onboarding, compliance, M&A, DEI, and internal communications. Facilitated company growth from 700 to 4,500 full-time employees, and maturation from privately held to public.

Sr Program Manager, Global Recruiting Operations & Technology

Served as an Intelligence Officer focused on counter-terrorism operations. As part of the Air Force Special Operations Command, was a flight crew member of the MQ-1 Predator, the primary drone used throughout the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Commanded a document and media exploitation team in Iraq, which conducted forensic analysis of captured enemy material enabling evidentiary trail and prosecution for the Government of Iraq’s judicial system. Led the Intelligence Directorate for the 64th Aggressor Squadron, which focuses on teaching adversarial tactics and providing dissimilar air combat training to US and Allied Air Force flying units.
