He gained business knowledge from work on diverse projects, holding different positions that gave him a diversified career, and has learned vital skills and approaches that he applies in his work today. Brian is a catalyst, an agent for acceleration, and approaches challenges from various angles, uncovering outside-the-box solutions and untapped possibilities most people cannot see.

Brian's passion for service to others led him to enstigate™, the company that combines his two passions, people and opportunity. He takes pride in ensuring that businesses have the support they need to grow, and with enstigate™, he provides that support by getting his clients access to the right money, at the right time, and in the right way. Tippie College of Business.
