Before establishing his firm, Duncan served as the Managing Partner Asia Region for Ogier, showcasing his expertise in the financial industry.

In 2012, Duncan founded Marbury Investments to oversee co-investment and private investment opportunities on a syndicated and personal level. Additionally, he established Marbury Corporate Advisory Services, focusing on offering fiduciary and company formation services.
