Spence achieved a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting from Charles Sturt University and studied CPA at the CPA Australia Program. He has held key positions as a Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary at St John Ambulance Australia (NSW), Finance Director at Zrilo, and Chief Financial Officer at Express Online. He has also held various finance roles at Simms International (Australia), Alleasing, Grace Group, D & R Henderson, and H&R Block. When he is not working, he loves to travel and spent a year off travelling around Australia with his family.
