Laura Scheffer

Laura Scheffer is a successful attorney at law, currently collaborating with Bird & Bird. She has accumulated a vast pool of education and experience throughout the years, starting with her studies at the Universiteit van Amsterdam, where she obtained her Bachelor and Master of Laws (Cum honore) degrees in rechtsgeleerdheid and Privaatrechtelijke rechtspraktijk. She also studied Propedeuse Economie & Bedrijfskunde at the same institution and participated in a Law exchange program at UNSW.

Laura Scheffer has worked with multiple companies and organizations before joining Bird & Bird. KLM Legal Services and Leeway Advocaten are two previous legal service providers that Scheffer has worked with, where she has developed her expertise in intellectual property in the digital world.

In addition to her legal experience, Laura Scheffer has also volunteered as a juridisch adviseur for Stichting Juridisch Spreekuur Gedetineerden, and as a Student docent Contractenrecht at Youtopia. Scheffer also has business experience, such as being a commissionair business relations at Amsterdam Law Firm and an Airport assistant at Amstour Holland.
