His expertise spans over 15 years in SaaS application delivery, with a strong focus on Enterprise CRM and Contact Center solutions. Scott has a deep understanding of multichannel communication, including Voice, Chat, Messaging, Visual Engagement, Email, Social, and Web platforms. He is known for his proficiency in ensuring high availability, globally distributed, and real-time communication environments.

Having worked across different organizational scales, from Bootstrapped Startups to Fortune 100 companies, Scott Seebauer brings a rich and versatile background to the table.

Scott Seebauer pursued his undergraduate studies in BS Computational Math and Theoretical Computer Science at Northern Illinois University.

Throughout his career, Scott has held key positions in distinguished organizations. He served as the Vice President of Product Management at Oracle and has also held roles such as Senior Director of Omni Channel Strategy, Senior Director of Product Management, and Director of Product Management within the same company. Prior to his tenure at Oracle, Scott worked as the Senior Director of Product Management at Telephony@Work, a company subsequently acquired by Oracle. His earlier experience includes roles as a Product Manager at Motiva and a Product Specialist at Repository Technologies Inc.
