Konstantin Kopyltsov is a versatile professional with a strong background in software design and development. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Oilfield development from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas and later pursued a Master's degree in Project Management at Russian University of Economics named after G.V.Plekhanov.

After his education, Konstantin founded and worked with several organizations throughout his career. He is the founder and CEO of Payler, a financial platform that enables businesses to manage payments securely. Additionally, he has also co-founded ITB Technologies, Billingrad, and Cashsquare inc. He was also the owner of Усадьба "Терема" and the founder of Polonium Arts. His diverse professional background also includes a stint as a music producer at Music Consulting.

Throughout his career, Konstantin has honed his skills in software design and development, project management, entrepreneurship, and financial technology. His expertise in these areas has helped him successfully launch and grow multiple companies.
