Colleen Jenkins

Colleen Jenkins is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in recruiting and talent acquisition strategies. As the founder of PluggedIn, she has worked with over 400 companies, including big brands like Nike, Enterprise Holdings, and Mastercard, to implement effective hiring practices that focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has experience working with startups and tech firms and has produced hiring-focused events for organizations such as WeWork, T-REx, and Cortex Innovation Community. Colleen has also worked as an entrepreneur in residence at WeWork, head of talent acquisition at Cultivation Capital, and director of St. Louis and Kansas City at Venture for America.

Colleen studied international studies and anthropology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has broadened her knowledge by studying Chilean culture and indigenous advocacy at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
