Andrés León is an accomplished entrepreneur and innovation consultant with over 9 years of experience in the field. With a degree in Industrial Engineering and Business, as well as graduate programs in High-Management and Project Management, León is well-equipped to take on complex challenges. He has worked with a range of organizations, including startups, established companies, NGOs, universities, and the government.
León's notable achievements include leading the creation of the first startup-focused incubation program in Panama at the City of Knowledge Foundation. He developed a roster of top-quality mentors, invested over $250k in seed funding, and attracted dozens of local and international opportunities for startups. As an innovation consultant at IZO and former Innovation Consultant at Value Chain Management, León has helped organizations develop lean startup strategies, customer development, design thinking, scalability, investment, and corporate innovation.
