Andrew C. Romans is an accomplished venture capitalist, founder, and CEO of VC-backed tech ventures, hailing from Silicon Valley with 25 years of experience. He has raised over $48 million for startups he founded by the age of 28 and is now a General Partner at two venture capital firms, 7BC Venture Capital, and Rubicon Venture Capital. His focus areas include AI, fintech, software infrastructure, enterprise and consumer software, and internet tech startups with traction. Andrew is also an author of two books on VC and blockchain, a podcast host, and an advisor to corporates and governments on VC, CVC, and fintech.
Andrew has studied and worked in multiple countries, giving him a truly global perspective. He is multilingual and well-connected with a network of angel LPs that are VC-backed founders worldwide. He advises Chapman University, teaches "Entrepreneurship & VC," and travels to 15+ countries (when not Covid) annually, continuing to build and animate his network of entrepreneurs, VCs, and investors around the globe.
