Raly Chakarova
Raly Chakarova is a professional with a diverse background in public administration, international development, policy, and strategic initiatives.
She holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Queen's University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies and Political Science from the University of Toronto.
Currently, Raly serves as the Executive Director at Toronto and Area Road Builders Association (TARBA).
Her past roles include positions such as Board Member at RCCAO and ACCES Employment, Executive Director at BOLT Charitable Foundation, Director of Policy at Toronto Region Board of Trade, and various advisory and leadership roles within the Ontario Government.
Raly has also been involved in mentoring, teaching, communications, and project coordination in diverse environments such as universities, non-profits, government agencies, and international organizations like Oxfam and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF).
