Ian Haines is an experienced executive, business owner, and entrepreneur with over 26 years of expertise in the call center and BPO space. He has worked at a senior level for leading UK and International outsourcers and has successfully run his own international consultancy and outsource management companies for the last decade. Ian specializes in coordinating the activities of onshore, nearshore, and offshore outsource suppliers for global brands in the financial, medical, communications, and utilities sectors with a focus on multi-channel sales, lead generation, and strategic alliances.
Ian Haines studied Dip M, Post Grad Degree Marketing Management, Pass at The Manchester Metropolitan University and BSC, Geography, IIii at Kingston University. He also completed his A levels at Yeovil College and 'O' Levels at Westfield Comprehensive.
As a president at Earn On Social and founder of Latiane Ltd, Ian has extensive experience in the management of the call center and BPO space. He has also worked as a non-paid consultant for Above the Standard as a Global Call Center President. Before starting his own consultancy firm, Ian has worked with Omnicom, ICT Group, Domestic & General, Defcom, McIntyre & King Ltd, British Gas, Shop Direct, and Napp Pharmaceuticals.
