Spencer P. Johnson is an experienced leader and hands-on practitioner with a strong background in Product Realization, NPI, PLM, Product QA, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations Quality, particularly in the Consumer Electronics, Wearables/IoT, and Robotics industries.

With over 20 years of management and hands-on experience in both Startup and Fortune 500 environments, Spencer has been instrumental in bringing numerous innovative, award-winning, premium brand products to market in various capacities. His expertise spans across New Product Introduction & Launch, Manufacturing Operations & Supply Chain, Product Engineering, Product Quality Assurance, Strategic Account Management, Business Development, Product Management/Marketing, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Having worked at prestigious companies like Intel, where he managed the production of prototype products for wearables and IoT in the New Devices Group, as well as at Basis Science as the VP of Operations & Supply Chain (acquired by Intel), Spencer has demonstrated his ability to deliver results in high-pressure and dynamic environments.

As an executive consultant, Spencer has collaborated with multiple startups and larger corporations, providing valuable insights and leadership in various industries and product segments. Notably, as the acting VP of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Neato Robotics, he played a key role in stabilizing product manufacturing, ramping up production, and supporting successful product launches in major retail outlets in the US and Europe.

During his tenure at Logitech, a leading global consumer electronics company, Spencer served in diverse leadership and individual contributor roles, contributing to Product Engineering and NPI, Product QA, Global Product Management/Marketing, Strategic Account Management, Business Unit Management, Project Management, Worldwide Engineering Change Control & PLM, and M&A activities.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Spencer also serves as a mentor and advisor to startup communities at Stanford's StartX, Berkeley's SkyDeck, and Santa Clara University's Entrepreneurship Class. His interests include Emerging Technologies, supporting Kickstarter & Indiegogo projects, Rugby, eSports, AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Blockchain, and Cryptocurrency.
