Robin Beers is a results-driven leader with a passion for human-centered design and a focus on unleashing innovative potential through deep understanding of human behavior. Her expertise lies in design management, building high performing teams, business agility, and organizational change. She holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology and has a background in Diversity and Inclusion. Beers pioneered the proliferation of human-centered capabilities and culture at one of the largest banks in the world, where she embedded user-centered design processes into hundreds of annual software development projects for both B2C and B2B digital channels. She also catalyzed the development of design thinking capabilities throughout the enterprise and trained 500+ employees before the program graduated to scale within HR’s Learning & Development organization. In addition to her work in design management, Beers has expertise in service design, journey mapping, ethnographic & user research, and rapid prototyping. She is a published thought leader and frequent speaker at design and customer experience conferences, bringing her insights on how to make business more human, and how technology can be used for the collective good.
