Audrianna Gurr is a highly qualified and experienced counselor who specializes in individual and group therapy. Based in Portland, Oregon, she has been providing counseling services for over 15 years. She is a graduate of Portland State University and has a Masters's degree in Counseling. Additionally, she has studied International Relations and Affairs at the University of Essex, and International Studies at the University of Idaho.

Audrianna's areas of expertise include grief, loss, postpartum, pregnancy, parenting, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, addictions, and shame resilience. She has worked with a broad spectrum of clients from different backgrounds. She incorporates a blend of conventional and alternative approaches in her work, and she uses Cognitive Behavioral, DBT, The Daring Way, Gottman, and Motivational Interviewing modalities.

In the past, Audrianna has worked with Baby Blues Connection and the Dougy Center, two organizations that are dedicated to supporting new mothers experiencing postpartum concerns and helping young people cope with grief and loss, respectively. She has also worked as a Professional Counselor in Private Practice, an Assessment Mental Health Counselor at Cedar Hills Hospital, an Addictions Specialist at Lifeworks NW, a Behavioral Health Counselor at OHSU, and a Graduate Intern Mental Health Counselor at Kaiser Permanente.
