Rajbir Singh is a customer-centric business design expert, an innovator, and a thought leader in customer experience design. With a strong belief that customer centricity is the key to sustained growth and innovation in the digital economy, he has helped multinational organizations across various industries including Insurance, Banking, Communication, Retail, Hospitality, Media, Utilities, and Entertainment. He is the consulting partner and founder of Value Centria, which forrester recognized as one of the top 3 global vendors for customer experience design based solutions. Rajbir is an accomplished corporate leader, having worked in leadership roles at IBM, Oracle, TCS, and HCL Technologies, and setup known businesses through significant phases of growth and innovation at these firms. He is pursuing his PhD from IIT Delhi, with his topic of research centered around "Emerging Business Strategies in the Digital Economy". Some of his other areas of expertise and interest include Design Thinking, "Digital Business" Strategy, Organization Change Management, Business Strategy Implementation, and Innovation Management.
