Esther Lee is a passionate advocate for improving Chicago's public schools. A graduate of Emory University with a degree in International Studies and African Studies, Lee has held a variety of positions in the education sector. Currently, she serves as the Manager of Program Investments at The Chicago Public Education Fund. In this role, Lee helps to ensure that the Fund's investments have the maximum impact on Chicago's schools. Prior to this, she was an Associate in the Program Investments team at the same organization.

Before joining The Chicago Public Education Fund, Lee worked as a Data and Evaluation Consultant and Development Associate at 826CHI before becoming an Outreach Coordinator at BirdBrain Education. She has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Admissionado, a Senior Teacher and Project Manager in the R&D Department at Paedea, and an Instructor at Chungdahm Learning Institute.

With her background in education and experience in various organizations, Lee brings invaluable knowledge and expertise to the field. Her interests focus on educator-led solutions to improve the quality of education in Chicago's public schools.
