Hugo Diogo

Hugo Diogo is a professional with a background in oceanography and anthropology/social sciences.

He has a strong foundation in engaging with various stakeholders to address social and environmental issues, demonstrated during his time chairing an NGO.

Hugo's expertise lies in complexity theory, polarity management, participatory approaches, resilience, and regulatory frameworks, focusing on creating and managing value for companies and society across social investment, compliance, impacts and risk management, and shared value domains.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Oceanography from Univali and a Master's degree in Cultural Anthropology, Political Sciences, and Renewable Resources Management from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.

Currently, Hugo Diogo serves as the Social Design and Performance Manager at Ramboll Management Consulting, bringing his wealth of experience to drive meaningful change and value creation.
