Henrique Girardi dos Santos is a skilled IT consultant with over 15 years of experience in the computer software industry. He has worn many hats throughout his career, including web developer, technical support engineer, technical account manager, project manager, and technical trainer. Henrique's expertise lies in his ability to identify technical gaps and create tailored training plans to improve the skills of support engineers. He is also a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001 and 27001, making him adept at managing complex systems.

Henrique holds an MBA in People Management and Coaching Leadership, as well as a degree in Systems for the Internet. He has worked for numerous organizations, including e-Core, Atlassian, SAP, CNM, and Universidade La Salle. Henrique's current role is supporting Support Managers with the technical development of Support Engineers. He is a team player, people-focused and certified in ISO audit and SAP training.
