Heath Reed is a highly experienced technical professional with over a decade of experience in data center operations. He holds a B.S. in Applied Science for Computer Networking and an Associate in Applied Science for Computer Network Specialist, both from Robert Morris College.

Heath is a Senior Technical Solution Leader at Cerner Corporation, where he manages network infrastructure and operations. Before that, he worked as a Network Security Engineer at Netsmart Technologies and as a Network and Systems Analyst for Performance and Reporting at COUNTRY ® Financial.

Heath has an extensive understanding of complex LAN and WAN network architectures, IPv4 and IPv6 address planning and acquisitions, MPLS networking, traditional legacy networks, Cisco APIC/ACI, Cisco Fabricpath, F5 Load Balancing, and PaloAlto Firewalls, among others. He is proficient in technical documentation, workflow, and project planning and execution.
