Addison Carpenter is an accomplished staffing professional with over a decade of experience in recruiting, talent development, and organizational restructuring. He is recognized for his integrity, expertise, and results-driven approach. With a degree in Science, Technology, and International Affairs from Georgetown University, Addison has worked and lived in Europe, South America, and the United States.
Addison's career started in the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he worked as an intern in the Economic Development Administration. He then interned at Stryker España and Stryker Chile, where he gained experience in the healthcare industry. Addison also worked as an intern with Dr. Michelle Crooks at Kalamazoo Neurology, where he developed an interest in talent development.
After graduation, Addison founded iDream Talent LLC, a premier consulting, recruiting, and headhunting firm in Chicago. In just a few years, iDream Talent gained a formidable reputation for its integrity and results, serving clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to venture-backed start-ups.
Addison then joined Google, where he managed staffing teams responsible for building Google Cloud globally, including Latin America, Canada, and the East Coast. Currently, Addison leads a global staffing team at Google, hiring Googlers to support Google Cloud across Global Public Sector, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail and the Central USA. He manages teams that sit in Austin and Chicago.
Throughout his career, Addison has consulted with business executives on the value of talent, fit and engagement. He has taught several seminars to C-level executives on talent selection, coaching, and development and workplace culture.
