Tracy Tripp, a former business development and strategy manager at Microsoft Corporation, has devoted her expertise to missionary work in Kenya. Tripp, along with her wife Tamara, serves as volunteer Mission Team Coordinators and part-time missionaries at In Step Children's Home in Northwest Kenya. With five previous missionary journeys, Tripp and her wife focus on caring for the abandoned, orphaned, and abused children who come to live at the Children's Home. They have spent months in the Kenyan village and recently returned for their sixth mission trip in early 2021. Additionally, Tripp has a background in marketing management, program/project management, implementation planning, sales operations, systems and processes management, customer-focused work, negotiation management, and change management. She earned a PhD at Cornell University, an MBA at the University of Washington, and a BA at the University of Washington.
